Perfomance Sanic x FastAPI

Hi folks,

I experience low permanence on Sanic:

Runs 1, 2 and 3 made in Sanic and run 4 in FastAPI.

I create two simple POC with boths and is basically a GET endpoint querying the database with Peewee.
I think maybe is because I running Peewee sync thats make sense?
